*** IMPORTANT *** - We are proud of our home, keep it neat and clean, updated and in good condition for our guests and ourselves when we visit. One way we're able to do this is by screening all guests before we finalize a reservation. Be sure to read the emails that will get sent to you from SuperHog after you submit your booking online. It's quick and painless, but failure to do this within 5 days of your booking will cancel your reservation. Enough about the rules and onto more about your vacation and the home you'll be staying in.

Enjoy this 5 bedroom, 5 bath townhouse close to everything, but far enough to escape all the constant Disney excitement if need be. Our listing is clean, spacious and well maintained. We are constant travelers as well so cleanliness and maintenance are really important to us and our properties. 

Amenities in the house include all the basics in the kitchen to get you started and cook some things back home. The grills at the pool areas are top of the line and a short walk from the home. The townhome offers an open concept layout that allows for ultimate use of the space for your entire family. Features include chic pendant lights, cozy couches and breakfast bar the kids will love. This kitchen highlights immaculate granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island, and rich dark wood cabinetry, which contrast nicely with the sleek white tile backsplash. This idyllic scene is paralleled only by the dining area, which showcases modern art, incandescent overhead lighting, midcentury modern fittings, and an inviting sofa with a built-in chaise lounge.

Ready for an all-night binge fest or sleepover party? Head upstairs to the loft where you’ll find a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, large sofa that doubles as a twin bed, and plenty of room to spread out and relax!

The second level features several luxury bedrooms from which to choose, including a master bedroom with a king size bed, pristine fixtures and priceless furnishing, such as a large dresser, two matching nightstands, and a comfy chair reserved for you. In addition, this luxurious dwelling comes complete with its own en-suite, including a granite double vanity and glass stall shower. Pretty as it is practical, this next bedroom features a queen size bed with an elegant tufted headboard and footboard, along with rustic gray undertones, a farmhouse style dresser, matching nightstands, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite. If you’re searching for a gentle blend between these two, then this third room is just for you. Showcasing a calming neutral color palate throughout, this bedroom displays a cozy queen size bed with tufted headboard and footboard, rustic farmhouse dresser, matching nightstands, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Fans of the big cheese will be sure to give this next room an “OH BOY!” This mouse themed room is adorned with character clad wallpaper, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and bunk beds! So, there is no need to fight over who gets to sleep here. Or, if your little one’s taste are a bit more universal, there is another that can be found in the same floor, featuring bunk beds, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and those mischievous yet lovable little yellow trouble makers!

Now, it is time to enjoy some of the indoor/outdoor living! Simply slide open the glass door and dine al fresco. There is a patio table set for six on the screened-in lanai, as well as two luxurious lounge chairs, and your very own private pool. You can even turn your spa into a hot tub by adding an optional pool and spa heat package for only $25/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

All this luxury is perfectly situated in the beautiful Windsor at Westside Resort, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. This one-of-a-kind resort hosts a bevy of amenities such as a clubhouse, large pool with slide and tiki bar, a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade. Whether this is your first vacation or your fiftieth, Windsor at Westside is determined to make this this vacation, your best yet. All this luxury is perfectly situated in the beautiful Windsor at Westside Resort, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. This one-of-a-kind resort hosts a bevy of amenities such as a clubhouse, large pool with slide and tiki bar, a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade. Local property manager can assist with any questions or issues that require attention. They will be available via text or phone with their contact information provided after booking.

The neighborhood allows for easy walking to the two large community pools. The main pool is about a 10 min walk and the secondary pool is smaller and only a minute from our townhome. There are tons of parking spaces available. All are free for our guests to use and there are no assigned spots. If the spot is open, it's available.

The neighborhood is easily walkable with sidewalks and clean streets inside of the gated community. Getting around town will require a car.

Optional pool heat is available for only $25/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

*** PLEASE NOTE OUR BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS***

We take pride in our vacation home and want all guests to feel safe and welcome. By conducting a background check and verification on every guest, it ensures that we have a better quality guest that we're happy to host. We have found this process minimizes damage, wear and tear on our home and provides a cleaner, more comfortable stay for our guests with limited hassle. Of course this can't solve all of our problems, but want you to know what to expect because it's important to you take an extra step after your booking to do this so your booking is confirmed. If you do not go through our background check and verification within 5 days of your booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. We also reserve the right to cancel your booking based on the findings of the background check and you will be notified within 5 days of your booking request if this is the case. This process will be done by the vendor, SuperHog.

*** SECURITY DEPOSIT, DAMAGE WAIVER, OR INSURANCE***

In addition to the background check process, you will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking, but the choice is totally yours.

The email or text messages to complete this step will come from the same vendor that conducts the background checks, it's name is SuperHog. They will also be the company who collects either the damage waiver or security deposit. You'll have a choice of two options. Feel free to choose the one that best suits you. 

Option 1 - A refundable deposit of $750 will be collected 14 days prior to your stay and released 7 days after your stay ends and the home is reviewed for damages, theft, etc. The vendor does collect a 3% processing fee for this option, but the $750 will be returned to the guest per the damage agreement.

Option 2 - A  non-refundable damage waiver of $75 can be paid upfront at the time of booking. This option prevents any accidental damage claims and protects the guest for up to $750 of accidental damage. It does NOT protect the guest from excessive damage beyond the $750, intentional damage or theft. We understand families travel with small children and at times a broken plate or light can happen so this options gives you some flexibility during your stay that you won't have to worry about those smaller things that come up during your trip.
